Quick Recommendation: Start Here
If you are not sure which configuration to choose, use this as a starting point before digging through every variant.
- Small home, cabin, or 1-2 bathrooms: start with the 500 GPD standalone system.
- Most 2-3 bedroom homes: start with the 1000 GPD standalone system.
- Homes that need stored RO water and steadier pressure: start with the 1000 GPD system with 165-gallon storage tank.
- Larger homes, high usage, or multi-building properties: contact us before ordering so we can help narrow the GPD rating, tank size, and pump setup.

Important: Whole-house RO should be matched to your water test results, pressure, flow needs, and installation space. If your water has heavy sediment, iron, bacteria, hardness, or very high TDS, confirm the right pre-treatment before buying.
Most whole house filters remove specific contaminants. Reverse osmosis removes nearly everything -- dissolved salts, heavy metals, fluoride, nitrates, chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and hundreds of other dissolved solids. The Crystal Quest Whole House RO System takes that purification level and scales it to your entire home, not just a single tap. With 9 flow rate options from 300 GPD to 7,000 GPD, this system is sized for anything from a small off-grid cabin to a large home with 5+ bathrooms.
Every system is factory-tested before shipping and arrives operational. Prefilters extend membrane life. As long as prefilters and membranes are replaced on schedule, these systems are designed to run 15-20 years.
Important note on RO water: Reverse osmosis removes minerals from water, which can lower pH and potentially affect plumbing and taste over time. The optional remineralizer add-on adds essential minerals back and raises pH -- recommended for whole-home installations.
Not Sure Which Whole-House RO System Is Right?
A whole-house reverse osmosis system has to match your water source, household size, bathroom count, flow needs, storage tank space, and installation plan. Guessing wrong can mean poor pressure, wasted money, or a system that does not fit your property.
Talk to us before you buy. We will help you sanity-check the right GPD rating, tank configuration, pump option, and add-ons for your home or off-grid setup.

"Overall quality of the product is quite decent. The installation manual doesn't mention that there is a need to flush the system for 30 minutes before drinking the water, but the customer service was able to guide me through that."
Pierre-Etienne Durand
"I was surprised when I turned on the unit for the first time that water started leaking from carbon filter. Called Crystal Quest and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service."
